Introduction

Director Professor Guo Guoping

Focus on the research on the electrical transport properties of semiconductor quantum devices, research and development of semiconductor quantum chips, quantum algorithm research, etc., has advanced low temperature and strong magnetic field experimental platform (minimum temperature 10mk, maximum magnetic field 16t), and complete weak signal measurement system in this field. It has close communication and cooperation with leading groups in the same field abroad.

Current Research

Silicon based semiconductor quantum computing Lab at Key Lab of Quantum Information, Chinese Academy of Science, University of Science and Technology of China. Our group is an experimental group in China whose research is focused on quantum computation and transport. The main research fields in our group are:

  1. Si/Ge heterostructures based semiconductor quantum chipschip
  2. Si MOS based semiconductor quantum chips
  3. Multiple-qubit integration architectures
  4. Micro-Nano electro-phonon hybrid systems
  5. Cryogenic electronics for semiconductor quantum computation
  6. Quantum softwares and quantum algorithms
