报告题目:Hybrid quantum devices with NV centers, nanomechanics, and microwave cavities

报告摘要:

Hybrid quantum architectures take the advantages and strengths of different components,involving degrees of freedom of completely different nature, which are promising for developing new quantum technologies and discovering rich physics.
I will present our recent work in the field of hybrid quantum systems with NV centers, nanomechanical resonators, and superconducting cavities.
I first analyze a hybrid device by integrating a microscale diamond beam with a single built-in nitrogen-vacancy (NV) center spin to a superconducting coplanar waveguide (CPW) cavity. Then I will discuss another hybrid quantum device with NV centers in diamond coupled to carbon nanotubes. Finally, I will discuss a proposal for a quantum delayed-choice experiment with a spin-mechanical setup.
